Award Winners Celebrated at MIDJersey Chamber Annual Awards Gala

Hamilton, NJ —  Over 400 members of our business community turned out to celebrate the accomplishments of four distinguished honorees at the Annual Awards Gala hosted by the MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce on April 6, 2017 at the Stone Terrace in Hamilton. 

The 41st Annual Event recognized a non-profit, a small business, a community bank and an individual for their commitment to the community and to business growth in the region. For one night, they all shared something in common: receiving awards from the region’s top Chamber of Commerce.

The 2017 Annual Award Winners:

• Ancero – Outstanding Small Business of the Year (Sponsored by: Datto, Inc.)
• First Bank – Distinguished Corporation of the Year (Sponsored by: Creative Marketing Alliance (CMA) & Borden Perlman Salisbury & Kelly
• Greg Blair, Partner, Nottingham Insurance – Citizen of the Year (Sponsored by: Sharbell Development Corporation)

Chamber President & CEO Robert D. Prunetti, a past recipient of the Citizen of the Year Award, referred to the group as “promoters of good business and healthy relationships. They have achieved high levels of success resulting from their community-based approach and service-oriented attitude. We appreciate their interests in supporting the MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce and our community and we wish them continued success in all of their endeavors.”

Thanks to the wonderful slate of honorees that we had and the amazing Chamber staff, this was clearly our most successful Awards Gala yet,” said Jeannine Cimino Senior Vice President at Berkshire Bank, who co-chaired the event with Ronald L. Perl, Partner and Member of the Management Committee at Hill Wallack, LLP. “The number and enthusiasm of the attendees was a tribute to the honorees and a testimony to the vibrancy of the MIDJersey Chamber,” added Perl.

The 2017 Annual Awards Gala was attended by more than 400 regional business leaders, public officials and families and friends of the honorees.
