Baguette Bistro Restaurant Opens in Town Center Plaza on Route 130 North

EAST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP.   Mayor Janice S. Mironov, joined by Deputy Mayor John Zoller, Council Members Perry Shapiro and Peter Yeager and restaurant owners Vi Trieu and Rosa Trieu, celebrated the grand opening of Baguette Bistro Restaurant in Town Center Plaza on Route 130 North.

Baguette Bistro Restaurant, occupying 2,500 square feet between The Max Challenge and GNC, offers Vietnamese fusion cuisine including a variety of beef noodle soups, fresh baked baguette sandwiches, Vietnamese vermicelli and rice dishes, and beverages such as fruit tea, bubble milk, and Vietnamese coffee.

Mayor Mironov stated, “Baguette Bistro Restaruant joins a growing list of diverse food establishments that offer a wide range of local eating options. A family business, Vi and Rosa Trieu are sharing their personal knowledge and appreciation of the unique flavors of Vietnamese food with our community adding to the rich culture here in East Windsor.”
