Get To MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce’s Ron Perl
Greetings, its Kim Gordon, one of the co-host’s of the MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce Business Hour, Sundays at 10 a.m. on 107.7 The Bronc. This week, Ronald Perl, from Hill Wallack, joined the show to discuss his professional experience and present some of his initiatives as a real estate lawyer and as an executive board member of the MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce.
Ron is a condominium law expert and is active on multiple real estate boards including several homeowners’, condominium associations, cooperatives, and real estate developer associations. Ron is also focused on community with his many MIDJersey Chamber event enterprises, some of which include distributing refurbished technology to school children who aren’t economically advantaged. He believes in investing in the future workforce, so they will hopefully re-invest in their own communities when the time comes.
There are a series of nuances and technicalities with condominium law, such as the various placements of external decor, or the desire for added facilities/functionalities for publicly owned stations shared by residences. Ron assists and guides clients in navigating the regulations associated with Fair Housing matters and association disputes.
With the Chamber, Ron helps run programs that connect local and regional businesses to international outlets that not only help expand their resources, but allow them to compete with national companies. Within his own firm, he is involved in the IT department and oversees its developments in cyber security in order to guard against breaches to hack into the private data they are entrusted with. Through an insightful discussion, it struck the MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce Business Hour team that by being a lawyer, one is constantly confronted with a multitude of situations that requires adaptation and vast arrays of specialties to handle holistically, thus rendering one a master of all trades.
